As the season begins to change, join us for a peaceful evening of guided chakra meditation surrounded by the natural beauty of Little Brown Farm.
This 90-minute experience is an invitation to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation, breath and quiet reflection, you’ll be encouraged to restore balance and simply be present as the sun begins to set over the farm.
No previous meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are and enjoy an evening of stillness, connection and renewal in nature.
