Sink into the soothing energy of autumn with a cozy sound bath. Surrounded by peaceful farm vibes, we will slow down, breath deeper, and melt into a calming soundscape of Crystal bowls, voice, drum, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow-whatever makes you feel warm and held.
